The dinner will take place on Wednesday at 19:30 at the Elbjørn restaurant, on board an icebreaker moored at the harbor front in downtown Aalborg (map).

Included are:
  • Aperitif
  • 3 course meal 
    • Starter: Shellfish platter with avocado, small salad and lime dressing. 
    • Main course buffet:
Leg of lamb with feta and garlic, served with tomato sauce.
Grilled chicken breast with seasonal vegetables.
Beef fillet with ratatouille and red wine sauce.

        Served with small butter fried potatoes and assorted mixed salads. 

    • Dessert: Chocolate plate consisting of chocolate cake, chocolate parfait, white chocolate truffle and marinated berries. 
  • House wine, Carlsberg beer and water ad libitum 
  • Coffee / tea ad libitum
