The following is a list of the tutorials that will be given (ca. 2 hours each).
Details about the tutorials are available on the Training School website.

Venue

Both COST events (as well as FM later) will take place at the University of Limerick (campus map). An exception is the first day of the Training School (Sunday), which will take place at the O'Brien suite of the nearby Castletroy Park Hotel. Monday through Wednesday both COST events will take place at the Schuman Building (rooms SG18/SG17), which is adjacent to the Kemmy Business School.

Coffee breaks will take place in the foyer of the Kemmy Business School. Lunch will be in the main restaurant with FM 2011 (except Sunday, when it is at the hotel).

The registration/welcome desk will be next to the relevant lecture halls at the hotel resp. university.

More information about local transport (buses, etc.).

Workshop Dinner

The workshop dinner will take place on Monday, June 20th at Knappogue castle. We will be sharing the event with the IEEE Software Engineering Workshop and the Communicating Process Architectures Workshop at FM 2011. The cost is €60 per person (plus €7,- for the bus). Buses are leaving at 18.30 from Cappavilla accommodation to Knappogue and the event itself will start at 19.30. More details are in the attached PDF. Please note that the times given above (and not the ones in the PDF) are valid.

Reimbursement and Training School Grants

Participation in the WG meeting is subject to COST reimbursement procedures. The deadline for submitting a reimbursement claim for the WG meeting is July 10th. Additionally, there are about 20 grants available for participants of the Training School. A grant covers the major part of transportation and subsistence costs.

While we encourage the participants to attend FM after the COST events, please note that they are completely independent. Participating in COST events neither requires an FM registration nor provides you with any benefits concerning FM.

Registration

Registration is now open. If you plan to attend the WG meeting or the Training school, please register now. The deadline for expressing a wish for reimbursement from the Action has passed, but you are welcome to attend the events on your own funding.

Transportation

Limerick can be reached by flying to Shannon, Kerry, Cork or Dublin. More travel and local information. Information about local transport (buses). Please note that Ireland is not part of the Schengen space. Non-EU citizens might need a visa.

Accommodation

A block of rooms is available for COST participants at the Cappavilla Village on-campus accommodation (how to book). More about accommodation options.
